The times, when it was looked carelessly to the world of ecology and environmental issues, are in the past. Increasingly it is created and developed exciting, multi-sectoral and non-standard forms of cooperation on the subject of ecology, improvement of ecological environment. More and more companies from the theoretical statements about ecological issues transfers to a practical activities, services and works and takes social responsibility in environmental development and environmental protection fields. Companies are attracting consumers paying attention to the pollution of nature, expressing social concern, raising the brand value using ecology. More and more the reliability of luxury goods and services depends from their capacity to develop well-being environment not only for consumers but also for anyone concerned with the production, use, reuse and recycling.

The word “ecology” is now is more and more often heard and used quite extensively, but still environmental awareness is not formed in everybody’s mind. Obviously, there is still a lack of training courses, lecturers, ecology issues integration into education and environmental awareness education in different educational institutions. Attention is drawn to the fact that the first human skills are formed in early childhood therefore it is very important to disseminate information about waste management and introduce possible outcomes for a young man. In the planned project it will be initiated and developed through various educational institutions. It is important that young people actively be involved in making important decisions, would be educated, it is essential to increase their autonomy and citizenship, to form environmental awareness. Therefore, teachers should have sufficient knowledge about raising environmental awareness, as well as to be able to motivate students and build the correct approach to the environment, teach the subjects in attractive way, therefore to provide information about ecology in comprehensive way, ranging from waste management issues, also to develop children’s and youth’s environmental awareness, citizenship, to form a responsible and caring attitude to nature, to promote active and independent personality which could take decisions on environmental topics.

Targetgroup: providers of courses and training for adults, pedagogues and lecturers who teach for teachers and/or rise their qualification, adult education managers.
